Museum Secrets returns to History Television with a new episode, Inside the Imperial War Museum, airing tomorrow at 10 PM ET/PT. In this episode, we’ll relive the experience of a Tornado jet pilot’s hair raising mission as he shares his experience of flying in one of the first air strikes of the Gulf War in 1991.

See our behind the scenes photos from our investigation of this museum secret - How to survive flying into battle.

We went to the Imperial War Museum near Duxford, England to see the world’s most beautiful airplane hangar, where pieces of history literally hang in the air. There, we got up close with the stars of aviation history - from the first biplanes, like the World War One Spad fighter to the first stealth jet, the SR-71 Blackbird. We even had the chance to take out a Tornado Jet during the Air Show in Liverpool!

Watch Museum Secrets on Thursday night to hear their story about their mission and the secret to survival when flying into battle!
